	Advocacy/Preventative-Many adults are ultimately responsible for the safety of children and are unaware of the problems of sexual abuse and exploitation. Delivered Vessels is committed to reducing the incidence through our advocacy, public awareness campaign and educational training workshops that prepares adults to recognize, react and know the steps they can to take to reduce the risk. CSEC- Commercial Sexual Exploitation Training Workshops HIV/AIDS/STD prevention education efforts are focused on educating and training teens in risky behavior. Group and Individual Intensive Survival sessions-(Monthly) Stewards of Children Training- Monthly(educated approximately 300 adults this year) Prevent Now workshops- monthly (brought awareness to over 500 adults this year)

	Mentoring- "I Am: Girl Talk and Brother to Brother"-were designed to evoke change and advocate for youth. These programs provide a supportive community that assist young people to make decisions that positively affect their lives prepare them for the future. Developed as a youth awareness, prevention, education program to teach and empower young girls and boys about healthy healthy relationships, character development, building self-esteem, personal hygiene, etiquette, understanding the realities and consequences of unsafe choices. An open place for them to express their concerns and have dialogue about their day-to-day issues they are confronted with. We encourage youth to take a closer look at themselves, and motivate them to be proactive in "looking out" for their friends who may be engaging in unsafe behaviors. After-school group mentoring- held on a weekly basis, served over 50 students/wk (program run by 2 volunteers) Back to School Festival- approximately 150 youth in attendance, receives free school supplies and backpacks, over 30 volunteers Fall Dance- A Family event that had approximately 20 families attend with 15 volunteers Mother/Daughter Luncheon- Closing the communication gap between Mother/Daughter 30 families in attendance 10 volunteers All Girls All Day Lock In- 50 girls in attendance 20 volunteers All Boys All Day Lock In- 30 boys in attendance 15 volunteers

	Afterschool and Summer Enrichment Program- for all school age students Kindergarten through 12th grade. Camp "I Am" gives students grades K-12 a pre-college learning structure that outlines concepts that are important in the understanding of science, technology, engineering, robotics and math. Camp "I AM" will play a large role in improving student achievement, behavior and family support for working while allowing them to participant in extracurricular activities that positively motivate students' to be more productive citizens. We are committed to building strong, respectful leaders, advance education, foster diversity and teamwork, transform negative transform negative behaviors, develop social skills and promote positive participation from youth within the community. These programs provide a supportive community that assist young people to make decisions that positively affect their lives prepare them for the future. Developed as a youth awareness, prevention, education program to teach and empower young girls and boys about healthy healthy relationships, character development, building self-esteem, personal hygiene, etiquette, understanding the realities and consequences of unsafe choices. An open place for them to express their concerns and have dialogue about their day-to-day issues they are confronted with. We encourage youth to take a closer look at themselves, and motivate them to be proactive in "looking out" for their friends who may be engaging in unsafe behaviors. After-school group mentoring- held on a weekly basis, served over 50 students/wk (program run by 2 volunteers) Back to School Festival- approximately 150 youth in attendance, receives free school supplies and backpacks, over 30 volunteersFall Dance- A Family event that had approximately 20 families attend with 15 volunteers Mother/Daughter Luncheon- Closing the communication gap between Mother/Daughter 30 families in attendance 10 volunteers All Girls All Day Lock In- 60 girls in attendance 20 volunteers

Camp "I Am" gives students grades K-12 a pre-college learning structure that outlines concepts that are important in the understanding of science, technology, engineering, robotics and math. Camp "I AM" will play a large role in improving student achievement, behavior and family support for working while allowing them to participant in extracurricular activities that positively motivate students' to be more productive citizens. F990_P06_S0B_L12c	Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	DELIVERED VESSELS INC CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY Conflict of interest arises whenever the personal or professional interest of a Board Member is potentially at odds with the best interests of Delivered Vessels Inc. Although the legal standards for avoiding conflict of interest for nonprofit organizations are fairly limited, Delivered Vessels Inc will avoid where possible even the appearance of impropriety. Individuals and businesses qualified to provide goods and services in the area are limited, and therefore situations may arise where Board Members are commercially engaged by , or hired by Delivered Vessels Inc for artistic projects-workshops, summer camps, performances, etc. Because these situations all involve potential conflict of interest, the following procedures apply. If an issue is to be decided by the Board that involves potential conflict of interest for a Board Member, it is the responsibility of the Board Member to: 1. Identify the potential conflict of interest. 2. Not participate in discussion of the program or motion being considered. 3. Not vote on the issue. It is the responsibility of the Board to: 1. Only decide to hire or contract with the Board member if they are the best qualified individuals available, and willing to provide the goods or services needed at the best price. 2. Record in the minutes of the Board Meeting the potential conflict of interest, and the use of the procedures and criteria of this policy. Although it is not a conflict of interest to reimburse Board Members for expenses incurred (such as the purchase of supplies), Board Members are prohibited by law from being paid for serving on the Board. Generally, Board Members will not receive pass-through dollars for individual projects. Officers, Directors, Committee Members, Staff Members, and certain Consultants. No member of the Board of Directors, or any of its Committees, shall derive any personal profit or gain, directly or indirectly, by reason of his or her participation with the Delivered Vessels Inc. Each individual shall disclose to the organization any personal interest which he or she may have in any matter pending before the organization and shall refrain from participation in any decision on such matter. Any member of the Board, any Committee, or Staff who is an officer, board member, a committee member, or staff member of a client organization or vendor of Delivered Vessels Inc shall identify his or her affiliation with such agency or agencies; further, in connection with any committee or board action specifically directed to that agency, s/he shall not participate in the decision affecting that agency and the decision must be made and/or ratified by the full board. Any member of the Board, any Committee, Staff, and certain Consultants shall refrain from obtaining any list of clients for personal or private solicitation purposes at any time during the term of their affiliation.
