What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? A VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO COMMUNITY BETTERMENT THROUGH EDUCATIONAL, PHILANTHROPIC AND COMMUNITY SERVICE. LOCAL CLUBS BELONG TO THE STATE FEDERATION TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITES FOR LEADERSHIP, SOCIALIZATION AND NETWORKING.
