IN FISCAL YEAR 2012, LARIMER HUMANE SOCIETY: WELCOMED 7,827 ANIMALS INTO OUR SHELTER TO RECEIVE LOVING CARE FROM OUR STAFF. REUNITED 2,510 ANIMALS WITH THEIR BELOVED FAMILIES IN NORTHERN COLORADO, AND EVEN ACROSS THE STATE AND COUNTRY. PLACED 3,119 ANIMALS INTO DEVOTED FAMILIES THROUGH OUR ADOPTION PROGRAM. WELCOMED 143 ANIMALS FROM OTHER SHELTERS AND RESCUE GROUPS AROUND THE COUNTRY TO PROVIDE BOTH A SECOND CHANCE FOR THE ANIMAL AND A HELPING HAND TO OUR FELLOW ANIMAL ORGANIZATIONS. HELD A SUPER ADOPTION EVENT WITH OTHER LOCAL ANIMAL WELFARE AGENCIES, STRENGTHENING OUR PARTNERSHIPS WITH OTHER HUMANE CARE PROVIDERS AND FINDING LOVING HOMES FOR 55 ANIMALS.
