Once elected, the term of office for a Board Member is three years. No Board Member can serve more than two consecutive terms. If a member of the Board of Managers cannot fulfill his term, the Grand Master shall have the authority to appoint a member to fill that vacancy, however that appointment is only in effect until the next elections at the next Semi-Annual Meeting of the Grand Lodge. That Board Member can then stand up for election for the next two terms.
