Grantmaker's Description of How Grants are Used		The grantee is awarded a contract which includes all the requirements of the program. Quarterly financial and compliance reviews are performed by the program monitor to assure the grantee is performing in compliance with conditions stipulated in the contract. The program monitor also performs compliance reviews at the grantee's place of business. The grantee is notified of the results of all reviews and informed if any corrective action is needed. Also, a thorough review is performed on all invoices submitted by the grantee.
