Apprentices are members paying fractional dues without voting rights. Lifetime members are over 65 and retired, paying no dues with limited voting rights. Honorary members are retired members paying fractional dues with limited voting rights. Military members are members in active duty military that are not required to pay dues while in active service but also do not have voting rights. Probationary members have no voting rights. There is also a board of trustees elected by the membership that provides oversight to the officers.
