When communities' elected official's 6-year term is ending, the communities' City Council holds an election at least 10 days prior to the annual meeting. 7B. The Board of Directors makes all final decisions except those regarding compensation. Final decisions in regards to compensation are made by a subset group called the IAB.

PROCESS FOR DETERMINING COMPENSATION FOR OTHER OFFICERS	PART VI, SECTION B, LINE 15B	ANNUALLY, SELF EVALUATIONS ARE CONDUCTED AND THEN AN EVALUATION IS PREPARED BY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPROVES THE PAY INCREASES/BONUSES FOR THE POSITION OF INVESTMENTS DIRECTOR AND OPERATIONS DIRECTOR. THIS PROCESS WAS COMPLETED IN JANUARY 2011 AND IS COMPLETED EVERY YEAR IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY.
Other Program Services	Part III, Line 4	Outreach program - The Community Outreach program maintains open and continuous communication with our residents through newsletters, annual reports, an internet website, local radio announcements, newspaper ads, and flyers. CVRF board members and local Community liaisons also serve as an open direct link. Local residents are invited to participate in meetings involving CVRF board members and staff. Staff members travel frequently to communities throughout The region to recruit for our company and fishing partners. As part of the Outreach Program, the Coastal Villages Youth Leadership program promotes leadership, personal development, and citizenship among the youth in the communities ages 13 to 24. Through various activities and achievements, the youth learn to accept responsibility, gain leadership skills, and serve as role models for younger children. The youth participate in community clean-ups, energy saving initiatives, fundraising, and various activities. As part of the program twenty youth, ages 13-18 are selected to attend the annual Alaska Federation of Natives/First Alaskans Institute convention. 4-SITE - The 4-SITE program, established in 1993, is CVRF's largest and most successful program. It is aimed at providing long-term economic and social development of our CVRF member communities by providing scholarships, internships, training, and employment. OPERATION OF EIGHTEEN COMMUNITY SERVICE CENTERS. THESE BUILDINGS INCLUDE SPACE FOR OFFICES AND MECHANIC/WELDING SHOPS. ALL SERVICE CENTERS SUPPORT THE LOCAL FISHERIES IN EACH COMMUNITY. CDQ Contract and Quota Managment - CVRF allocates a portion of its quota to harvest partners and negotiates CDQ royalty/license agreements with companies that harvest and process CDQ quota that may include but is not limited to Pollock, Pacific Cod, Flatfish, Sablefish and Crab. CVRF is increasingly leasing its CDQ quota to wholly-owned subsidiaries and has acquired significant additional quota (non-CDQ) in the major Bering Sea fisheries. The Quota management team monitors the harvest of all CDQ allocations throughout the year, and coordinates with fishing vessels and/or harvesting partners to maximize the harvest of CVRF's CDQ quota. Other Programs - HEATING OIL IS PROVIDED TO COMMUNITY MEMBERS DURING THE WINTER AND SPRING MONTHS TO OFFSET INCREASINGLY HIGH FUEL COSTS. POLLOCK PROVIDES IS A COMPANY TRADEMARK THAT ENCOMPASSES MANY OF CVRFS COMMUNITY PROGRAMS AND SERVICES.
FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS	PART VI, SECTION A, LINE 2	Paul and Harry Tulik are board members from Nightmute and Toksook Bay respectfully. They are cousins. Andrew and Ralph Kiunya are board members from Kwigllingok and Kongiganak respectfully. They are brothers.
