The policy provides assurance that subrecipients comply with Federal Grant requirements. I 3 continued To ensure that such benefit plans are market competitive and reasonable, the Committee receives support and advice, including appropriate market comparability data, from an independent compensation consultant with expertise in the health care industry and access to relevant market data.
