What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? RENTAL PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATIONVermont Rental Property Owners Association meets on a monthly basis toreivew legislative and building code changes to update membership on anychanges to the law or codes that may effect the general membership. The mission of the association is to help landlords and property owners staycurrent with property codes and laws relating to property ownership.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Membership meetings were held monthly. Members were provided the opportunity to meet with and discuss topics relating to property ownership with other members, organizational officers, and guest speakers.Monthly newsletters are published in an effort to make information about landlord and rental property ownership available to members, including those that were unable to attend the scheduled meetings.
