SHE WILL INVESTIGATE ANY DISCLOSURES THAT RELATE TO EXPECTED CLUB ACTIVITIES. DIRECTORS/EMPLOYEES WILL REFRAIN FROM PARTICIPATING IN ANY VOTES/ACTIVITIES THAT COULD BE OR APPEAR TO BE A CONFLICT OF INTEREST. 3. THE GENERAL MANAGER WILL REPORT ONLY NON-EXCEPTIONS ON THE FORM 990, SCHEDULE O.
