	Education and professional development of approximately 280 primary and additional affiliate and secondary members of the professional association. Dues for National, State and Local Association are collected and a portion is passed through to National Association of REALTORS, Virgnia Association of REALTORS and RPAC, with the balance of local dues retained being $43K. Educational outreach was expanded in 2011 to 42 classes, up from 17 classes held in 2010. These classes actively serve the memberhip and range in size from 10 to 20 attendees per class.
