28 Blue Cross Blue Shield has instituted a positive MEG policy. This has been a combined effort of ACMEGS and the American Academy of Neurology since 2009 to get this adopted.

Pt V, Line 34   Changes to the By-Laws were made to allow for 3 types of
    membership rather than 2 as stated in the original By-Laws.
    Changes were also made to the structure of the Board of Directors
    to establish a 6 member Board rather than a 5 member Board as
    stated in the original By-Laws, as well as establishing staggered 3 year
    terms rather than 2 year concurrent terms as previously stated.
    Term limits of one term for the President and 2 terms for members-at-large
    were established. It was also established that in the case of a tie
    vote by the Board of Directors, the past president will be eligible
    to vote. Finally, the revised By-Laws established that only certain types of
    members will be eligible for election to the Board of Directors.
