Activity not previously reported to the IRS (Part V, line 33)   The Texas Gelbvieh Association Inc was organized in 1986 and conducted meetings in trying to introduce and promote the Gelbvieh Breed of Cattle in the State of Texas Previous officers failed to obtain a Internal Revenue Service non-profit determination letter However Texas Franchise Tax returns were prepared and sumitted to the State Comptroller until October 24 2007 when the Secretary of State advised the Association that Involuntary Dissolution had occurred due to not properly filing Franchise Tax Returns for years 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 and that the Association does no longer have a valid Charter On August 11 2011 a Reinstatement Request for Charter was submitted to the Secretary of State since all required filing had been completed Reinstatement was achieved This is the initial filing of a Non-Profit Tax Return A bank balance for the Texas Gelbvieh Association Inc totaled 508255 This balance has stayed in the Texas Gelbvieh Association Inc account
