Form 8868 was filed and approved, requesting an extension of time to file until 02/15/12. However, that date fell during the Suspension Period. The tax preparer then planned to file during the automatic extension period granted, but fell behind due to her elderly parents health concerns. The preparer filed as soon as possible.
