This is a place where the public can see first hand the world of the cowboy. The employees provide services for the ranch. The ranch manager lives on the ranch and oversees all day-to-day operations of the ranch itself. This includes manual ranching work and operating machinery, the care and feeding of cattle and horses and he is also he caretaker of the property. The office manager has primary responsibility for the operations of the office and the Foundation.
