Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The mission is to serve as a not-for-profit umbrella organization to facilitate the marketing, recruitment, physical enhancement and continued redevelopement of Downtown Overland Park, Kansas. The Partnership also serves as a liaison between businesses, the City of Overland Park, the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce and the community as a whole.

	Marketing and promotion expenses to promote the Downtown Overland Park area and the local businesses. This includes banners, all types of media advertising and promotion costs, web site design and updates, etc. Includes consultant expenses to help direct advertising and sponsorship.
