What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? FORMED IN 1816 TO AID PHYSICIANS IN MORRIS COUNTY NJ TO ADVANCE MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE, MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AND BROADEN THE FIELD OF PREVENTIVE MEDICINE AND PUBLIC HYGIENE.
