With financial support from the private and public sectors, the H4H campus offers various servies to the homeless through its program agreements with nonprofits and government partners. The H4H campus is governed by an independent Board of Directors which appoints the CEO/Presiden to oversee Operations.

Program 2 Continued H4H opened the facility to homeless in phases throughout 2010 and results included Transformational Campus-the campus has beds for men, women and children, and provides daily meals, case mangement, education, job training, legal aid, mental health, substance abuse, financial literacy, spritual needs and recovery services to address past traumas. On average, there are approximatley 650 adults and 175 children from 70 families residing on the tranformational campus at any given time. H4H provides services that target the most common causes of homelessness and provides specialized solutions toward self-sufficiency. When a Member arrives on Campus, they are given the opportunity to participate in the following opportunities and programs

Voocational training at H4H aims to provide a wide array of comprehensive classroom and hands-on skill development opportinities. Members who graduate from job taining are all supplied with essential tools to obtain employment, including a resume, marketable job skills, a letter of reference, an Certification of Completion, recent job experience and assistance in searching for and obtaining a job. 2. Life Skills - life skills classes targets Members who have limited life skills the ability to interact with others in a socially responsible manner and overcome functional barriers and would benefit from classroom training to overcome this barrier.

Program 2 Continued 3. In House Recovery Program - the in house recovery program is a 90 day in-house intensive rehablitation program for substance abuse located on the H4H campus. The program is housed in a self-contianed dormitory on the H4H campus and is adjacent to the CHCS Restoration Center and serves as a single site for detoxification, sobering and outpatient treatment services. 4. Fast Track - H4H had developed a Fast Track program for Members who already possess adequate skills and previous work experience, but need asistance in developing a resume, conducting job searches, learning interviewing skills, securing housing , etc. 5. Disablity/Seniors - while most programs at H4H focus on helping homeless individuals obtain employment through education and job-readiness training, those who are disables and /or are 62 years old or older have a difficult time obtaining

Veterans - H4H focuses on stabilizing veterans and placing them in permanent housing with wrap-around services. Veterans are assisted in obtaining employment and/or benefits they have earned while serving our country. 7. Families - H4H has established the Healthy and Safe Families Program, which is a comprehensive program of education, group support, and individual coaching for parents residing on the H4H tranformational campus and for those moving into permanent housing. The Healthly and Safe Families program addresses the needs of families for intensive support and intervention to develop and maintain parenting skills.

PCY was envisioned to be safe haven for those who could not or would not commit to the transformational programs on the main Campus, offering a superior alternative to the streets of San Antonio. PCY is an area with 24/7 security that also provides access to mental services to engage and encourge those living there. PCY serves on average 650 people daily and 500 overnight. Community Campus Located just outside the gates of the transformaiton campus to provide access to the surrounding low-income community. The community campus houses services for child care, dental, vision, primary health care and detoxification/sobering and can be accessed by residents of

In addition to the 357 graduates, which include 49 families and 177 family members, 297 individuals have been placed into jobs. H4H has served 6,559 individuals on the main campus and in prospects courtyard between October 2010 and September 2011.

The EVP of Administration and CFO, accountant and accounts payable employees with Haven for Hope worked closely with the paid prepareer to provide all the information needed as identified by the paid preparer. A copy of the draft return was presented to the EVP of Administration and CFO, accountant, the CEO/President, and all direct reports to CEO/President and the Board of Directors of Haven for Hope.
