Certain officers, key employees and highest compensated employees provide services, such as accounting and information technology support, and direct program oversight to our subsidiary organizations, Association Venture Corporation (AVC) and Illinois Hospital Research and educational Foundation (IHREF). Their time spent on subsidiary activities for these amounts range from 5% to 100%. IHA is fully reimbursed by AVC.
