	For the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2012, the BBA continued its mission of assisting and counseling startup, existing and expanding minority and women owned business enterprises. BBA provided these services in support of member business as well as non member minority and women owned businesses in need of support. BBA in concert with one of Its member business professionals developed and delivered Human Resource Seminars for member businesses and non-member businesses to address the challenge many were facing with the development of Employer/Employee Handbooks. BBA continues to maintain and develop strategic alliances for the purpose of expanding the circle of opportunity for minority and women owned businesses.Over the past fiscal year, BBA has directly assisted over many individual businesses. The BBA has continued to help majority companies realize the value of diversity and assisted many in the development of supplier diversity objectives.
