What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Purpose of this Corporation includes, but is not limited to maintain and manage the building, grounds, and other property associated with Yuma Knights of Columbus; to assist and support the charitable works of the Knight of Columbus; and to support various local charitable and community service activities as determined by the Board of Directors.
