Biblica also conducted an independent salary survey/comparability study in September 2010 for three of its top executive positions. The salaries and benefits of the CEO is reviewed by the organization's Board of Directors annually and is documented on the minutes of the board sessions.

Biblica partners with local churches worldwide to support their Scripture needs and outreach efforts, and with ministries including Campus Crusade for Christ, Compassion International, Prison Fellowship, Samaritan's Purse, Youth with a Mission, World Hope International, World Relief, and Word Vision. In total, 24.5 million Scripture resources were provided directly and through our ministry partners to transform lives. Biblica also provided online access to the Bible in 38 languages. Biblica.com and associated websites recorded over 87 million page views from visitors around the world during the year ended February 29, 2012.

Biblica US, Inc. serves as the Common Paymaster for Biblica US, Biblica Inc., and also for all of the US citizens or US resident employees of the following related Biblica entities: Biblica, Inc.; Biblica Ministries Foundation; Biblica Latin America; and Biblica East Asia Pacific. Compensation and benefits paid by Biblica US, Inc. on behalf of these Biblica related organizations, although reported on Form W-2 by Biblica US, Inc. as the common paymaster, are reimbursed by the Biblica related organizations receiving the benefits of these employee's services.
