        REQUEST FOR ABATEMENT The taxpayer is requesting abatement of the $2,429 in tax on undistributed income. The income was inadvertently undistributed when required because the previous President, Father Lawrence R. Boadt, CSP passed away suddenly during the fiscal year 2010. Through the process of appointing a new director, and restructuring the Board of Directors, the balance of qualifying distributions were overlooked until March 2011. The Foundation was established by an erstwhile refugee from Nazi Germany whose contribution the trust were to improve relation and communications between Jews and Christians. This worthy mission coupled with the good history the Foundation has had with IRS we are requesting abatement of the $2,429. We would also like to inform you the new acting board officers have distributed the undistributed income from both 2009 and 2010 to ensure the monies have been paid by the foundation timely for both prior years and for their subsequent 2011 filing period.
