Part X	Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Internal Revenue Service has determined and informed the Plan Sponsor by a letter dated August 24, 1977, that the trust established under the Plan is tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(9).The Financial Accounting Standards Board issued guidance on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. The Plan adopted this guidance during the year ended December 31, 2009. Management evaluated the Plans tax positions and concluded that the Plan had maintained its tax exempt status and had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements. Therefore, no provision or liability for income taxes has been included in the financial statements. With few exceptions, the Plan is no longer subject to income tax examinations by the U.S. federal, state or local tax authorities for years before 2008.
