What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The organization works to promote information sharing, communications and collaboration among professionals, organizations and the general population by facilitating professionalism, strong management skills, and training programs.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Loans were made to media organizations in Armenia in order to strengthen them and to promote the growth of democracy in Armenia. The loans are intended to ensure the long-term financial and editorial independence of the media organizations, and to ensure that Armenian citizens can play an active part in the country's transition to democracy, free markets and civil society. Loans will generally be repaid over 5 years. Loan principal and interest payments are transferred into a trust account for future loans to Armenian media outlets.
