PART VI, 2: While there are no substantial business relationships between board members, it is a small community with people fulfilling multiple roles so minor business relationships may exist. Part VI, 6, 7a & 7b: The organization currently has 279 members who elect the Board of Directors. The BOD elects the officers. The BOD is the governing body. PART VI, 8b - there are no committees with this authority PART VI, 11b: The 990 is reviewed by the executive director and bookkeeper prior to filing and presented to the full board at the next board meeting. Part VI, 12b & 12c: Board memebers are required to disclose any conflicts of interest at the annual board meeting and must sign a disclosure document.
