Sch L, Part IV		Geoffrey Post: Mr. Post is a shareholder, director and
		President of Citizens State Bank (CSB). As of 12/31/2011, the
		organization had placed deposits of $4,247,449 at CSB.
		$3,688,107 of these funds were participating in CDARS
		(Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service) through
		an agreement with Citizens State. The funds placed in these
		agreements with CSB paid approximately $61,500 in interest
		during the year. The organization paid Mr. Post $900 for his
		attendance at board meetings in 2011. Total transactions
		exceed $4,248 million.
Sch L, Part IV		Henry Lodge: Mr. Lodge is a shareholder and director of
		Citizens State Bank. (See Geoffrey Post -above- for detail
		of transactions with CSB). Mr Lodge is also an officer
		and shareholder of an organization which paid disposal fees
		of $4,835 to the organization in 2011. In addition, Mr.
		Lodge received $700 for his attendance at board meetings.
