28 CCLMC is exempt under section 501 (c) (6) and is formed for the purpose of developing criteria and procedures to expand members' share of the Connecticut construction market, to improve opportunities for Connecticut residents to gain access into the industry, to develop unskilled workers into qualified craft workers, and to create awareness among construction users of these efforts.
