LEAKE & WATTS SPONSORS THREE NYC CHILD CARE CENTERS AND ONE FEDERALLY FUNDED HEAD START PROGRAM LOCATED IN THE BRONX SERVING CHILDREN BETWEEN 2.5 AND 5 YEARS OF AGE. OUR PREVENTIVE PROGRAM AT THE EAST BRONX FAMILY SERVICE CENTER AIMS TO STABILIZE AT-RISK FAMILIES BEFORE THEY REACH A CRISIS POINT AND THUS PREVENT THE NEED TO PLACE CHILDREN IN FOSTER CARE.
