The Organization has been classified as an organization that is not a private foundation under Section 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Organizations income tax filings are subject to audit by various taxing authorities. The Organization is no longer subject to income tax examinations by taxing authorities for tax years ending on or before December 31, 2008.
