What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To assist in mortgage lending training and vocational guidance.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Promote the welfare and improve service to the community of the mortgage lenders of Iowa and gather, receive, train, and disseminate informtaion and ideas in rendering mutual assistance and vocational guidance.Spring Conference had 182 attendees. The Annual meeting had 175 attendees. The Lending Updates Seminar had 19 attendees. the FHA Updates Webinar had 23 participants. The Self-Employed Borrower seminar had 82 attendees. The Top Issues for Loan Closers Seminar had 62 attendees.There is also a Monthly Newsletter published along with the Annual Member Directory.
