    Client Note 1 - EXPLANATION FOR "OTHER CHANGES IN NET ASSETS" (FORM 990-EZ, LINE 20):XI ALPHA HOUSE CORPORATION BEGAN USING BILL-HIGHWAY IN 2010. BILL-HIGHWAY IS A SYSTEM THAT ENABLES THE MEMBERS OF THE FRATERNITY TO PAY THEIR PLEDGES AND RENT ONLINE. AS A RESULT OF USING BILL-HIGHWAY, THE DEPOSITS FOR PLEDGES AND RENT WERE INADVERTENTLY DUPLICATED IN THE QUICKBOOKS ACCOUNTING IN THE AMOUNT OF $82,999. THE BOOKS HAVE NOW BEEN CORRECTED AND NET ASSETS ON THE FORM 990-EZ IS BEING ADJUSTED ON LINE 20 TO REFLECT THIS CORRECTION.
