YOUTH JUSTICE SERVICES THE YOUTH JUSTICE UNIT SEEKS TO SUPPORT YOUTH AND FAMILIES THAT ARE GOING THROUGH THE ADJUDICATION PROCESS. WHILE GOING THROUGH THIS PROCESS, VARIOUS WELLNESS AND RESTORATIVE TECHNIQUES ARE INFUSED INTO THE PROGRAM. EDUCATION TSYF OFFERS HIGHLY INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION AND TUTORIAL SERVICES FOR STUDENTS WITH VARIOUS ACADEMIC ABILITIES AND TALENTS. WE SPECIALIZE IN SERVING STUDENTS WITH EMOTIONAL AND BEHAVIORAL DISABILITIES THROUGH THERAPEUTIC RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING, STRENGTHS AND INTEREST-BASED CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT, AND TEAM-CENTERED EDUCATIONAL PLANNING. OUR DEMOCRATIC LEARNING ENVIRONMENT ENCOURAGES STUDENTS TO EXPLORE THEIR INDIVIDUAL IDENTITY, AS WELL AS THEIR ROLE IN THE GREATER COMMUNITY. WE WORK WITH TEAMS TO ENGAGE STUDENTS IN THE PROCESS OF LEARNING, AND CONSTRUCT AS SUCCESS MOMENTUM THAT WILL MOTIVATE STUDENTS THROUGHOUT THEIR EDUCATIONAL LIVES. THE ORGANIZATION SERVED 88 YOUTH IN 2012.
