The Credit Union's Supervisory Committee conducts an annual Agreed Upon procedures review, conducted by a state licensed firm, to review the Credit Union's operations for any such issues.
F990_P06_S0B_L15	Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Board of Directors conducts a review of the President/CEO. The Board of Directors decides on the compensation of the President/CEO based upon market information and the Credit Union's performance.
F990_P06_S0C_L19	Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Form 990 and all other documents are available to all members upon request. The Credit Union's Financial Statements are displayed in the Credit Union's lobby.
