Major studies included "Budget Trends, Howard County Health and Human Services FY2008 - FY2011", "The Howard County Self-Sufficiency Indicators Report 2010", and "Making Ends Meet." The Policy Analysis Center was disbanded in February 2012 when the grant funding ended.
