This rule is found within the code of conduct section of our board policy. The policy is reviewed and approved annually by our board of directors. Each board member signs and affirms that they have read, understand and agree to ahere to the policy.
F990_P06_S0B_L15	Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Our compensation is reviewed annually by the Board of Directors. In preparation for the review, the VP of Human Resources provides report data from a professional compensation firm that provides compesation data for all employee compesation. In addition, a seperate CEO Salary Report is requested to use for comparability purposes. The Board of Directors reviews this information when making the recommendation for an annual salary. The bonus compensation, if any is given, is directly tied to achievement of specific credit union and personal goals.
