	Marketing and promotion expenses to promote the Downtown Overland Park area and the local businesses. This includes banners, all types of media advertising, and promotion costs, web site design and updates, etc. These expenses include consultant expenses to help direct advertising and sponsorship.

	Provides for advertising and promotions of a farmer's market. Operations for the market are handled by the city of Overland Park. Promotions included banners, media, demonstrations and musical entertainment. Demonstrations were held for canning and cooking.
