28 As part of the Webutuck Teachers Association's collective bargaining agreement the school district is to provide funding for employee benefits. The benefits include dental, life insurance and legal services. The fund also reimburses members for unreimbursed medical expenses up to $250 per member. Retirees, at their option, can contribute to the fund in order to be covered by the dental program.
