What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To advance the science of land surveying
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Over 400 surveyors rely on our publications, convention, and seminars to obtain information that is important in our profession, which allows us to better serve the public. Our quarterly magazine is sent to over 400 members every April, July, October, and January. Over 200 surveyors attended our annual meeting. Educational seminars were conducted on the local level by many of our 9 Sections throughout the state. We provided grants in the form of scholarships to students studying to enter the profession.
