		to successfully market products and services to generate
		contract opportunities while meeting diversty objectives
		in the Federal, State and Local Governments including

		educational and training opportunites to provide

Pt VI, Line 11b		Copy of the Form 990 is distriibuted to all board members
		after completion. They and review, questions are answered and corrected

		expenditures for a Single Audit. The organization will meet
		the criteria in years two, three and four.
