What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The purpose of our organization is to provide Aid, Support, Protect, and to relieve Stress to members. We provide support widows and other neady people in our area. We provide school supplies for schools. We provide help in reading classes in grade school system.We provide schoarships to high school seniors. We also raise money for a school related foundation to be used for teachers classes

We provide help to reading classed in grade school system, no cost.We provide Scholarships for students, 1,500.00. Support to Boyscouts 150.00 donation . Much of our support is concerning in free labor by members when in need of small jobs. Our Charity totals consists of man hrs transportation and some fininancial help for small incidentals paid by our members .We send the Grand Lodge a copy of our chairty recordand includes mileage and man hours.

Explanation:
I As secretary was in hospital for nine days and was out of pocket when computer crashed. We lost some information and have been trying to get it back but mistakes were made and had a hard time recreating the information. I asked for extension and received it in November and again in May of 2013. My redcords show the extension was mailed in time to receive the extension which was mailed on Friday the10 of May before Mother day knowing that I may not be finshed in time fror thedeadline but evidently did not get post marked in time so received a letter stating it was denied. I have been fighting this thing for months and hopefully it is being completed. Fred Foreman Secretary
