ITS MISSION, GIRLSTART DEVELOPS AND IMPLEMENTS A RANGE OF INNOVATIVE,
RESEARCH- AND STANDARDS-BASED EDUCATION AND MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS
DESIGNED TO PROMOTE GIRLS' EARLY ENGAGEMENT AND ACADEMIC SUCCESS IN
STEM, ENCOURAGE GIRLS' ASPIRATIONS AND PERSISTENCE IN STEM EDUCATION
