Briefly describe the organization’s mission: We provide financial products (savings & loans) & low cost services, with low opening & minimum balance requirements, competitive rates and with low or no fees. We make small loans ($200). Loans are simple interest with no prepayment penalty. We have hardship loans for those with bad credit. Our Credit Builder loan helps rebuild credit. We offer $300 in overdraft protection on checking accounts with up to 30 days to repay. We have payday type loans to help those who have expenses to pay before payday. We join other credit unions in the Shared Branching network to offer convenient locations.

The CEO sets compensation for all other positions using outside industry surveys and data from other credit unions when available. The Board approves the budgeted amount that the CEO has available to use for staff compensation.
F990_P06_S0C_L19	Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Financial records are available upon request made to the CEO, but are available to the public online at ncua.gov. Governing documents and policies are not made public as a practice, but upon request to the CEO and approval by the CUs legal counsel, these documents may be provided.
