	Regular Board meetings and the Annual membership Meeting were conducted, during which various Club business items were discussed. Financial performance reviews were conducted, and the 2013 Budget was formulated and approved. A social event was held after the Annual Membership Meeting in December, which included a catered meal at the Bald Head Island Club on Bald Head Island. Approximately 50 members and guests attended the social. Members have been gathering both formally and informally to discuss boating and various marina needs. The membership at the end of 2012 totaled 147, with eight resigned or forfeited memberships available for sale. The Board of Directors was elected, and various club activities and other issues were discussed. The major dredging project was deferred to the Spring of 2013. Accounts have been funded adequately to maintain the necessary cash flows required for daily operations and future major renovation projects.
