    11a EFMR brought a lawsuit against the operators of the Three Mile
    11a Island Nuclear Generating Facility and the Peach Bottom Atomic
    11a Power Station to compel them to have independent monitoring and
    11a reporting of radiation emissions in the areas around each plant.
    11a EFMR is the organization that carries out the independent
    11a monitoring and reporting. Results of the radiation monitoring
    11a are reported to the general public as part of EFMR's exempt purpose
    11a of education. The information is available on EFMR's website
    11a and is distributed to the public in informational brochures.
