Common Paymaster
Part VII
Biblica US, Inc. serves as the Common Paymaster for Biblica US, Inc., and also for all of the US citizens or US resident employees of the following related Biblica entities: Biblica, Inc.; Biblica Ministries Foundation; Biblica Latin America; and Biblica East Asia Pacific. Compensation and benefits paid by Biblica US, Inc. on behalf of these Biblica related organizations, although reported on Form W-2 by Biblica US, Inc. as the common paymaster, are reimbursed by the Biblica related organizations receiving the benefits of these employee's services.
