Pt VI, Line 7a		ACLU of MS has 642 general members who annually elect an 18 member board of directors
		as its governing body. The annual slate of the Board of Directors is elected for a three year term.
		The Board of Directors then annually elects an Executive Committee
		of 6 persons.
Pt VI, Line 11b		The IRS form 990 and audited financial statements for ACLU
		of Misssissippi are presented to the Board President and Treasurer
		for review. Any changes/corrections made to the document are returned to the auditor.
		Final approved changes are then submitted to all members of the Board of Directors
		prior to the filing of the return. Any Board member with a comment/concern or reservation may then
		submit same in writing to the Board Treasurer and President for
		resolution prior to filing.
Pt VI, Line 12c		The Board of Directors is required to review and sign annually a conflict of interest and disclosure statement.
		Any required disclosures are made at that time. This review and
		disclosure is made at the first meeting of the Board of Directors following the
		annual membership meeting.
