	PRIOR PERIOD ADJUSTMENT	Through December 31, 2011, the Organization had been recording recruitment incentive loans and other receivables on its balance sheet. However, under the terms of the incentive programs they were not expected to be repaid and thus should have been offset by an allowance account. The oversight was discovered during 2012, requiring a prior period adjustment of $446,194.
	DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS	The Organization worked with the WVP Health authority, a not-for-profit association of healthcare providers in the state of Oregon, to recruit new physicians the Mid-Willamette Valley. The physician recruitment incentive program provided loans and salary guarantees to new physicians willing to locate within the Mid-Willamette valley in exchange for a time commitment. If the time commitment was honored then recruitment incentive loans were forgiven. The WVP Health Authority was instrumental in starting the program and the major contributor to the program, therefore the Organization determined that the WVP Health Authority would be better suited to implement this program in the future.
