Pt X Line 2		The trust fund established under the Fund to hold the Fund's assets qualifies as an exempt organization under Section 501 (c)(9) of the Internal Revenue Code ("IRC"). The Internal Revenue Service made a favorable determination that the Fund meets the requirements of IRC Section 501(c)(9) and is therefore exempt from federal income taxes under
