We believe in the Balanced Man Program, which leaves no room for hazing, pledging, or discrimination by race or sexual orientation. Instead, SigEp practices a four year development program which provides each man with opportunities to further his own personal development. For over one hundred years at Berkeley, SigEp has surpassed the limits of what it means to be Greek.
